Financial Information

MBS strives to keep the cost of theological and ministry preparation accessible in hope that more people can benefit from its programs. Students are strongly encouraged to secure partial financial aid for their studies, from their local church or Christian organizations to support their call to ministry.

Through the generosity of donors who share our vision for theological and ministry training, MBS has partial financial assistance available for eligible students, particularly for students from developing countries and rural areas of Malaysia. For more information on financial aid, please get in touch with our Registrar at registrarmbsed@gmail.com  or 011-10301727.

Our academic year is divided into two semesters: the first semester is 5 months long and the second semester is 6 months. A continuation fee will be charged to students who are absent for a whole semester or more, subject to approval by the Dean. This fee ensures that their names remain on the Students’ Master Register. An absence of more than five years without notification or valid reason will result in the student’s name automatically remove from the register.

All fees must be paid within three weeks after the commencement of each semester. Special allowances can be given to students who need to pay in installments but all fees must be settled fully before the end of each semester.
